Tracy Kajumba is a highly experienced International Development Expert specializing in climate adaptation and resilience. Currently, she serves as the Director for the Least Developed Countries Initiative at the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED).
Over her career, Tracy has held roles such as Regional Senior Climate Change and Development Advisor for Sub-Saharan Africa and Country Coordinator for the Africa Climate Change Resilience Alliance. She has worked extensively in gender, climate change, and conflict management with Care Uganda.
In her work with African Continental Crafts, Tracy plays a crucial role as a Board Member and Advisor, focusing on the adaptation of climate change resilience and sustainable practices in artisanal value chains.
Her expertise spans grassroots initiatives to global climate advocacy, and she actively supports sectoral ecosystems to embrace climate resilience through sustainable development.
